Matcha Crêpe 

 For two people:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 2 tablespoons of cane sugar

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 cup of flour

Melt the butter and add all the other ingredients to it. Mix it. 

Make them in the frying pan. Use butter to make the pan greasy. Make them on low temperature since they can get burned very easily.

Turn Crêpe around when the batter in the pan looks done and isn’t liquid anymore. Crêpe should be done after another few minutes. 

For decoration purposes or for a different taste add blueberries, bananas or Nutella on top of it.

Matcha is super healthy for you! It has lots of vitamins, fiber and antioxidants. It helps your body to detox and boosts your metabolism.
