My Daily Face Routine

Morning:

  1. Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser (La Roche-Posay)

  2. Deep moisture day cream with sunscreen (SPF 20) (Neutrogena)

Night:

  1. Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser (La Roche-Posay)

  2. Vitamin C serum (Neutrogena)

  3. EpiCeram (Rx Only) -> because of my very dry skin problems I got Controlled Release Skin Barrier Emulsion prescribed.

I keep it very simple. I try not to use too many products for my face.

  • Very important is the sunscreen if it’s not already in your day cream

  • I only use products which are dermatologist recommended

I personally have very dry skin so I use products which help me to keep my skin hydrated.

  • 1-2 a week I use a hydrating face sheet mask

I love vitamin E sheet masks for my face. It helps me with:

  • moisturizing my skin

  • wound and scar healing

  • reduces skin itching

  • Eczema

I usually don’t use any masks to apply and wash off since my skin gets damaged very easily and would be burning and red. The hydrating face sheet masks work perfectly for my dry skin.

My secret:

  • Only apply makeup if needed or keep it to a minimum and only cover dark or red spots. Your skin needs to breathe!

  • Only touch your face if you just washed your hands.

I recommend everyone to ask a dermatologist about what products to use for their skin. I believe that a lot of people don’t have the right daily face routine for their skin and that’s why their skin doesn’t improve or sometimes even gets worse.
