Welcome to TAMBIKA. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.tambika.com and your purchases of products or services offered by TAMBIKA LLC (“TAMBIKA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order or booking a paid service, you agree to the applicable terms described below, subject to your rights under applicable law.

TAMBIKA is a holistic wellness and creative platform founded by Michèle Tambika.
Our offerings include:
Printed books and physical book bundles.
Digital books, guides, and downloadable resources.
Online coaching and personal development services.
Freely accessible recipes, journal articles, photography, creative work, and other original content.
Availability, pricing, and product details are shown on the relevant website pages.
2. Orders and Payments
Prices are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Available payment methods may include Stripe-supported payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, or other methods displayed at checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented according to the checkout configuration and legal requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.
We may contact you if additional information is necessary to fulfill an order.
3. Printed Books and Volume Bundles
TAMBIKA offers printed editions of A Soulful Guide Back to You, including individual copies and discounted volume bundles.
Currently available bundles include 5, 10, 20, and 50 copies. The current price and any applicable discount are displayed on the product page.
Bundles are purchased directly through the website and are subject to the same general order, shipping, and refund terms as other printed products unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing multiple copies does not grant reproduction, publishing, or other intellectual property rights.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically through the delivery method indicated at purchase.
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser's personal use unless a separate written license provides otherwise.
Purchasers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or commercially exploit digital products without prior written authorization.
Refunds and applicable withdrawal rights are addressed in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Printed products are prepared and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Bookvault, and its associated services.
Shipping destinations, costs, and available delivery options are determined by the product and checkout information.
Delivery times may vary depending on printing, destination, shipping carrier, and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For international orders, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes may apply unless expressly included in the checkout price.
If we cannot fulfill or ship an order within an applicable promised or legally required period, we will communicate available options, including cancellation and refund where required.

6. Coaching Services
TAMBIKA offers personalized online coaching in English and German, with a focus on personal growth, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, mindful living, life transitions, and related personal development topics.
Available session formats, durations, packages, and prices are described on the Coaching page.
Coaching sessions are arranged individually and may be conducted through Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, or telephone.
Payment is required in advance to confirm a paid session, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may request to cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are generally charged in full, except where applicable law requires otherwise or TAMBIKA agrees to an exception.
Where a session package is purchased, scheduling arrangements will be confirmed individually.
7. Coaching Disclaimer
TAMBIKA coaching provides a supportive space for reflection, personal development, and self-awareness.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or a substitute for advice from licensed healthcare or other qualified professionals.
Nutrition-related discussions are limited to general, non-medical lifestyle and wellbeing guidance.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. Specific personal or professional outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, original content created by or for TAMBIKA and published on this website is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, where rights are held by TAMBIKA or Michèle Tambika:
Books, eBooks, guides, and coaching materials.
Journal posts, articles, and original written content.
Original recipes and accompanying creative descriptions, photographs, and presentation.
Photography, artwork, graphics, and visual designs.
Original videos and creative portfolio materials.
TAMBIKA branding, logos, and other protected brand elements.
Content made freely available on the website remains protected where applicable. Free access does not constitute permission to copy, republish, distribute, sell, or use protected material commercially.
You may browse the website, share links to its public pages, and use purchased products within the scope of their intended personal use.
