Return & Refund Policy – TAMBIKA LLC

At TAMBIKA LLC, each product and service is created with love and care to support your journey toward healing, mindfulness, and personal growth. Because we offer both digital and physical products, this policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for each.

📥 Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Journals, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final. Once a file or product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please reach out to us at michele@tambika.com and we’ll be happy to help.

🕯️ Physical Products (Candles, Teas, Essential Oils, Books, etc.)

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a description and photo of the issue.

We accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Damaged or incorrect items

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging (within 14 days of delivery)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging

  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs

We do not offer returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Custom, handmade, or wellness items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method.

💫 Coaching & Wellness Services

All sessions and mentorship bookings are non-refundable once purchased. If you need to reschedule, please email us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
