  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges

Physical Products (books, journals, etc.)

Printed products are fulfilled through:

Bookvault + Bookvault DirectShip

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description.

We will support you with the correct replacement procedure through our print partner.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items

  • Custom-made or personalized goods

  • Items damaged after delivery

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise instructed.

Coaching & Mentorship

  • Non-refundable

  • Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice

  • Missed appointments are not eligible for refund
