Smoothie Bowl with Healthy Toppings
This has been one of my Favs!!
For one bowl:
1 ripe banana
1 cup of frozen fruits of your choice
3 tablespoons of yogurt (choose a plant-based option or use greek yogurt for more proteins)
1/2 cup milk of your choice
Honey (if needed)
Put everything in a blender and mix it
Decorate it with your favorite toppings. Some of my Favs:
Goji Berries
Coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Cacao nibs
Oatmeal
Flax seeds
Hemp seeds
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
