Smoothie Bowl with Healthy Toppings 🍌🍓🥣
This has been one of my absolute favorites! A creamy, refreshing, and nutrient-packed smoothie bowl that’s super easy to make and perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack. The best part? You can customize it with your favorite toppings!
⏱ Prep Time: 10 minutes
🍽 Servings: 1
🥣 Smoothie Base Ingredients:
✔️ 1 ripe banana
✔️ 1 cup (150 g) frozen fruits of your choice (berries, mango, pineapple, etc.)
✔️ 3 tbsp (45 g) yogurt (plant-based or Greek yogurt for extra protein)
✔️ ½ cup (120 ml) milk of your choice (regular, almond, oat, etc.)
✔️ 1–2 tsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
🌀 Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend it up! – Add banana, frozen fruits, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth and thick.
2️⃣ Pour & prep – Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
3️⃣ Time to decorate! – Top it with your favorite healthy toppings for added texture, crunch, and nutrients!
