Smoothie Bowl with Healthy Toppings

This has been one of my Favs!!

For one bowl:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup of frozen fruits of your choice

  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt (choose a plant-based option or use greek yogurt for more proteins)

  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice

  • Honey (if needed)

Put everything in a blender and mix it

Decorate it with your favorite toppings. Some of my Favs:

  • Goji Berries

  • Coconut flakes

  • Chia seeds

  • Cacao nibs

  • Oatmeal

  • Flax seeds

  • Hemp seeds

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Honey
