Banana Nut Bread

Butter 8 inch loaf

  • 1/2 cup of butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 5 very ripe bananas

  • Honey

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 cup of coconut flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chopped

Use different flour or different milk if preferred.

Melt the butter. Add eggs, salt and vanilla extract. Mix it well. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork in a separate bowl/plate. Then mix it together with all the other ingredients and add the milk and honey as well. You decide with the honey how sweet you want it. Add the flour and baking soda. Gently stir with a spatula. Add the oatmeal, chopped nuts and chopped dark chocolate. Stir them in the batter as well. 

Put batter in buttered loaf. Add chia seeds on top of it if you like.

Bake for 50-65 minutes. 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Before you put it in the oven add chia seeds or bananas on top of it to make it look even healthier ;)
