Your gut health, nutrition, and emotional well-being are deeply connected. From my own journey with stomach issues and anxiety, I understand how important it is to listen to your body. I’ll share practical, holistic tools for mindful eating, gut-friendly nutrition, and intuitive wellness—supporting you in feeling your best from the inside out.

Many of our struggles—self-doubt, fear of abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries—stem from childhood wounds. Inner Child Work supports you in reconnecting with the younger version of yourself, healing old emotional patterns, and rebuilding a foundation of self-trust, compassion, and empowerment. Through guided self-reflection, mindfulness techniques, and emotional release practices, we’ll work together to help you feel safe, seen, and deeply connected to yourself.

A short space to connect, ask questions, and see if working together feels aligned.
→ Held via Google Meet (video) — Zoom or WhatsApp available upon request.

💛 30-minute Session – CHF 70
A focused check-in or follow-up session for light support, clarity, or grounding.

💛 60-minute Session – CHF 120
A full-length deep dive into your current needs — ideal for coaching, emotional processing, or guided reflection.

💛 90-minute Session – CHF 150
An extended session for deeper healing work, such as Inner Child guidance or multi-layered support.

💛 3-Session Package – CHF 330
Three 60-minute sessions tailored to your pace — includes light check-ins and personalized guidance between sessions.

  • All sessions are held online via Google Meet (preferred)
    Zoom or WhatsApp available upon request

  • Languages: English & German

  • Payment is required in advance to confirm your session

  • Sliding scale options are available upon request for those in financial need

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with 24 hours' notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions are charged in full, as your time has been reserved with care.
