Chicken Balls with Vegetables Recipe 


For the chicken balls:

  • 16 oz ground chicken

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 of an onion (cut it in small pieces)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (cut it in small pieces)

  • 3 table spoons olive oil

  • Salt, Pepper, Paprika 

  • Flour 

Mix everything together & then add as much flour as needed so it won’t be sticky to form the balls.

(You could do the same with turkey or beef)


Fry it in the frying pan until the balls are done, then add tomato sauce and some sour cream. You can add some cheese too if you want (depends on how healthy/unhealthy you want it)

For the veggies:

  • 1/4 of an onion 

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • zucchini 

  • tomatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Salt, Pepper


Steam it in the pan until it’s done.


(If you want you can use other veggies)

Rice works perfectly with it if you’re trying to add some carbs to your meal. I personally prefer brown rice which is anyway the healthier option since it has more vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
