Chicken Balls with Vegetables 🍗🥦🍅
This protein-packed, flavorful dish is easy to make and pairs perfectly with steamed vegetables and rice. The chicken balls are juicy and well-seasoned, while the veggies add a fresh, healthy balance.

🍗 Chicken Balls Ingredients:
✔️ 16 oz (450 g) ground chicken (or turkey or beef, if preferred)
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ ¼ onion (finely chopped)
✔️ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
✔️ 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
✔️ ½ tsp salt
✔️ ½ tsp black pepper
✔️ ½ tsp paprika (optional for extra flavor)
✔️ Flour (as needed to form the balls without sticking)
🥄 Instructions for Chicken Balls:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2️⃣ Gradually add flour, mixing until the mixture holds together and isn’t too sticky.
3️⃣ Roll into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
4️⃣ Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil and cook the chicken balls for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
5️⃣ Add tomato sauce and a spoonful of sour cream, stirring to coat the chicken balls. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
6️⃣ Optional: Add cheese on top, depending on how indulgent you want it!
🥒 Sautéed Vegetables:
✔️ ¼ onion (sliced)
✔️ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
✔️ 1 zucchini (chopped)
✔️ 2 tomatoes (chopped)
✔️ 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
✔️ Salt & black pepper (to taste)
🥄 Instructions for Vegetables:
1️⃣ Heat olive or avocado oil in a pan over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add zucchini and tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
