Blueberry Muffins
Butter the for 12 muffins pan
1/2 cup of soft butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup of cane sugar
3/4 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups of flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Powder sugar
Mix butter then add eggs, sugar and salt and keep mixing till the batter is bright. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract. Add flour and baking soda and gently stir with a spatula. Add frozen blueberries and carefully stir.
Put batter in buttered muffin pan and put some sunflower seeds on top of it.
Back in oven middle for 20-25 minutes. 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
After taking the muffins out of the oven let them cool down. Add powder sugar on top of them.
Blueberries are a great vitamin source, antioxidant and are low in calories.
Make your muffins even healthier with putting sunflower seeds on top of them.
