You are 100% allowed to communicate your needs — clearly, calmly, and without guilt. You never have to make yourself smaller just to be accepted. Your presence matters. You matter.

If you feel called to pull back your energy, trust that feeling. You don’t owe anyone an explanation. You don’t need to feel sorry for choosing yourself. Boundaries are not walls — they are bridges back to your truth.

This doesn’t mean harming others. It means protecting your inner peace.
It means staying connected to your Higher Self.
