About Me – My Journey

I’m Michèle, and TAMBIKA is my heart project. Born from my own experiences in overcoming challenges with mental health, self-care, and wellness, this platform is where I share the tools, reflections, and insights that have helped me heal.

Through TAMBIKA, I aim to inspire others to embrace their own healing journey, fostering a deep connection with themselves and the world around them.
